grauhase 1 Report post Posted August 2, 2017 5-6 hours ago I was doing Wailing Caverns. We killed all the bosses and then we also did the escort quest. Mutanus dropped the DEEP FATHOM RING (and I got it!) and of course the GLOWING SHARD for the quest. I started the quest and was heading out, was just a few steps from the exit when suddenly game stop responding...its not the first time it happens in Elysium, even the game menu stopped working, so I couldnt log out or disconnect...so i had to crash the game and then, when I tried to log in again, this is what happened (as I reported here in this topic someone else started): https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/51299-unable-to-connect-to-elysium/ Well...I waited for like 30 minutes, problem still persisted so I decided to give up for a few hours. Now I decided to log in again...and finally it worked, I managed to connected to Elysium. \o/ BUT... My toon was still inside Wailing Caverns, but not exactly where I was when the problem started and besides that, I lost the DEEP FATHOM RING and the GLOWIND SHARD QUEST. It's like I've never done it. But...I got the 2 quests from the druids outside the dungeon, completed it and it still says that I completed it but the ring and the shard/quest are gone... Seriously...I swam all the way from Theramore to Ratchet (its an alliance toon), spent hours doing this just to get that glowing shard quest and ...its gone for absolutely no logical reason! :'(
Spionida 10 Report post Posted August 2, 2017 At this stage, make an in-game ticket and explain the circumstances. If you wish to expand past a ticket's content, write it up on, say, paste bin and add the link to a brief summary. A GM of sufficient seniority can examine your quest record and determine what help, if any, they can provide. Recording of events/quests can get out of sync around a crash. Few if any private servers have the logging ability that Blizzard has/had. Good luck

How long usually take for them to respond a ticket?
Spionida 10 Report post Posted August 3, 2017 Could be a day or so, it depends on the availability (we're volunteers) of those with the competence to deal with it. It's non trivial.
