Spionida 10 Report post Posted August 2, 2017 Hello, go to the control panel. Add the User name and click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link. This takes you to a page where you can request an email reset the password. If it accepts the user name and email, you can just change the password to that which you thought it was. When you get the email, before you click on the link, make sure that you have logged off the websites main page in the side bar. Spionida 10 Report post Posted August 2, 2017 Please don't post account details here.. At this stage I would try to make a new account at that email. If it is rejected, a new email will be needed. I suggest a gmail one. Then make a new email/password. We can't retrieve account names/passwords except as I have advised. Anything else would have the potential for abuse.
