[Issue] Logging into the server.

This may or may not be the correction section, sorry if it's not.

I've been trying to login to the server for upwards of 4-5 days now with no luck as everytime I attempt to enter a server to play, I get stuck at the 'logging in to game server' message. This applies to all 3 servers except for the PTR server which I can log into but can't create a character on as it displays a failure message when I attempt to create characters there.

Apologies if I'm missing any information here that could be useful.

I read both of those threads, no luck. I reset my router again and reset my config file just to be sure and the same error dialogue persists.

Thanks, I found a post in that thread that states to tweak router settings. I managed to fix it by editing firewall configurations and now everything seems to work as intended.
