Lost items (Auction House - Mail)

Hello. I have an issue: yesterday i put my Righteous Orbs ( x4 ) on AH, today (~11:00 ST) i logged in and saw that my orbs have not been sold. I collected all mail and went to AH again - but then i could not find my Orbs in my bags (Checked bags, checked AH again, checked mail and bank) relogged twice, disabled addons - no results. Can you please check logs and find the problem? (Spent like 3 hours (did 3 runs in Strat live to farm orbs)). Thanks!

Log checks are done by GMs via in-game ticket.

There are known problems with items being lost in the mail, https://github.com/elysium-project/server/issues/599 

You are strongly advised not to use mail addons. Postal is known to have problems.

I hope that the GMs can help, that is the route to go at this stage.

Thanks for answer. I use only Aux (AH addon) and no mail addons at all

Mail add ons are the main problem, but it can glitch anyway. As you can see from the github link, it's a known problem. G/L
