Korrak Alliance Quest

Good afternoon all,

I have done the Korrak quest twice now and each time it has only given me the rune of recall x2 and no option for the quest reward weapons. Has anyone had similar issues and knows how to fix this? Its disappointing to spend hours in AV killing him and then handing in the quest to not get the main reward you do it for :(. Not once, but twice!

 

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply. As it is reported in the bug tracker, is there anyway to get this resolved? It seems to have happened to a few players now and has been on for over a month. I have also tried raising a ticket to see if I can get any help from a GM in game.

GMs can not fix bugs. Developers can. There is a too long list of bugs to be fixed. It's on the list. really, there's not a "bump" system. Sometimes I wish there was.

Ok thank you for the response. So if I've completed both of the quests and only received the runes there is currently no way of acquiring the Ice barbed Spear and Bloodseeker?

When the quest has been fixed, a quest reward restoration procedure may be the route to go.
