Zeth'kur character transfers

Hello Elysium team,

Thanks for reading this. 

The characters on my account (Frannkc) have been automatically transfered to Anathema from Darrowshire, because I did not choose any server. My account was banned during that time. My account is now unbanned and I see that my characters are on Darrowshire. Now I did read the following on the elysium site:

"What happens if I do not choose?

If you do not choose a destination server, your characters will be moved to Elysium.

You will need to ensure there are enough free character slots on the destination server (10 characters max per account per server), as we will not be able to assist you in finding lost characters due to the slots being full.

As additional details are finalized we will keep the community updated."

Because of this I want to ask the following question: Is it still possible to transfer my characters correctly to Elysium. First time vanilla so I want to enjoy the content from the beginning!

I am sorry, it is not possible to move characters. The move from Zeth was a one off occurrence in bulk. Individual moves are not offered.

Hmm, okay, I understand. But it still seems that the move went wrong then, since it had to move characters to elysium.

It may well have, there is still no way that "they" will/can change it.

You're reading the wrong announcement, given that you're referring to a QnA response from several months before rather than a more up to date information post about the transfers.

IF - and I have no knowledge regarding this, not even a hint - they do allow/write the software for one-off realm changes then they will announce it. Until then, sorry.
