Authenticator not working on my account and I can't remove it now.

Hello, so I have a 60 mage in Anathema and a 51 mage on Elysium but I had stopped playing for a while. I came back and it asked me for my PIN, I now have a new phone with the same number. I setup Authenticator linked it to my google account but I it still does not let me log in game or on the website when. I need to remove my authenticator or if someone could please help me.

However, you would have to rescan the QR code into the new copy of authenticator for it to work, hopefully you still have that.  For future problems, Authy can help with hardware changes.
