Thorium Brotherhood Rep turn-in's

I've recently been trying to get my Thorium brotherhood rep up to get enchanting and tailoring recipes, and the quests didn't give me any reputation. I was wondering if this is a bug or if its a patch that hasn't come out yet, because i'm level 60 and did all of them, but reading online everyone has said that doing all the quests should put you at around 2000/3000 neutral. And I am only 333/3000 lolol. On top of that, the turn-in guy at thorium point only allows me to turn in 1 coal, 2x incendesaur scales, and 4x kingsblood, but won't let me turn in the iron bars or the leather? Is the a bug as well or a patch that hasn't come out yet? or... what gives? I feel like i'm getting shafted with this reputation. My professions are enchanting/tailoring so i don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. If someone can please help me out that would be awesome!! Thanks!!

Maybe if you got less reputation from quests than others, then you have completed these quests at later levels. Quests will give full reputation just on appropriate levels.

I don't know the quest, it may well be a reputation level is needed for some of the follow on quests.

The situation is similar with the quest for honor tokens, where only AV tokens can be returned.
