2FA question

hello elysium team, i have a little question about the 2FA, but first let me explain mi situation:

-i reeturned to the game after a few months and tried to login in
-i got requested the 2FA code, since i borrowed my old cellphone to my sister, i dont have access to it right now, so i decided to link the 2FA again using the old QR code i got in my mail
-i got the authenticator working, tried to log in again without success
-now i try to login to the control panel in https://elysium-project.org/control but every time i try to log in it says "OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG, TOO MANY REQUEST"

the question is, is the account blocked for trying to login with a new authenticator? do i need to reemove the old one before using a new authenticator?  thx in advance

The "too many requests" is a simple software routine which restricts the number of attempts in a time frame. It rests, typically in a hour.

As to getting the authenticator to work, google 

google authenticator problems 

for solutions.

If this fails, request a 2FA removal. 

Software like Authy can help with phone changes etc.

if i have access to the phone with the other authenticator, can i remove it manually? or do i need to post a request for a mod the remove it? Oo

So long as you can generate valid pins, you can remove 2FA from your own account.

done, removed the old one and installed the new authenticator in the new cellphone without trouble, thx for ur assistance :)
