Talents bugged

I have a 57 and a 60 hunter on anathema and about 50% of the talents are not working for sure.

Lethal shots and killer instinct adds no critical hit, Barrage does nothing, mortal shots does nothing.

 

So i do not the dmg i should and the game is not really fun to play.

I posted this on the bugtracker without any input.

Try submitting some evidence along with it, such as a combat log summary with and without mortal shots. It will be much easier for the QA team to investigate if you can clearly and concisely outline the steps you need to recreate the bug.
