Not receiving validation email

Hi I am looking to transfer my character from one server to another as I can see that Elysium is highly populated compared to the one I'm on now.

 

I've gone into the control panel part of the website where it's asking me to validate my email address but I'm not receiving anything. I'm not even entirely sure which email address I uses to sign up.

 

Can anyone help at all please?

There should be a pop up when you send the email address. Basically, an account name and email address are essential to the account's security. The password can be retrieved if you know these. We can not help if you do  not know the email address. I would suggest that you try create a new account using the email that you thought you had used. It will not allow a second account to be created on the same email.  

Failing that. Start over with a new gmail account and try again.

Ok I figured out my email address <deleted>. I'm on my mobile phone and no pop ups are coming up.

Is there a way of you manually sending me the verification email or even better yet transferring  my character for me?

Just to clarify -

 

I have logged into the control panel successfully and requested an email to validate my account. The email itself hasn't come through after several requests.

 

This is the message I get when I login

Hello Heletelid.
To play or transfer characters, you need to verify your email. Elysium is sending an industrial amount of emails and we may have reached your provider rate's limit. If you do not receive the email after an hour, please resend it. Resend an activation email
