2FA

I can only play on my computer, 2FA won't work for any other computer I try to play on.  This is probably because I got a new phone recently.  I understand there is a 2FA removal request process but I am not sure where to post my request.  If we aren't supposed to post important account info on here, where do I post it? Please help ^^
