Hello, I've posted lots of post about my account being closed for a couple of months, I spoke with Gms on discord and in-game and seems like none can help me, I tried with the ban appeal section and they tell me to post here, and when I posted here I get told to post in ban appeal.. I provided screenshots of email and everything, but I had school and made a surgery so didn't have time to post after the last time, if you want I can provide all info with screenshots

I am sorry. It may be confusing, the Ban Appeals section of the forum is the only place that can reverse bans. Nowhere else. We can't even discuss it.

First of all, please never share your password with anyone.

Not with players, friends, family and not with our staff.

We don't ever ask for anyone password since we do not need it.

Please change your password, as its potentially compromised since you openly posted it.

 

Regarding your appeal, I can confirm your account has never been banned.

It has only 2 warnings and as such I can only tell you to enter the correct credentials or request a password reset on your control panel on our website.

 

It could also be that you triggered our automatic 1 hour IP lockout due to multiple failed login attempts.

 

^^  says never been banned and last time I logged in was in march if im not wrong , after that I tried everything and cant log in

The message you receive saying the account is closed means it's banned. You can still log onto the website control panel but your game access is restricted once it's been banned. If you've posted a ban appeal, gave the correct information, and they confirmed the account you are attempting to log in game on is not banned then that would mean your account isn't actually banned and you're triggering the temporary lockout. 

Make sure when you reset your password that you are logged OFF the website control panel when you click the link in the e-mail to reset your password.

Its not banned from what the gms and on the ban appeal section, and I cant log in control panel it says that email or account is wrong, I tried many stuff from the previous posts but none of them worked, and if its a temporary lockout shouldn't it work since the last time I logged in which was in March.. ? There must be a way to get the account back or that's it ? Because I've been trying for a long time now and seems like its impossible ..

Then the e-mail and account you're trying to log into is incorrect. I personally dealt with people who don't use the last e-mail or account name they expected and only after nudging them do they remember they used a different email that was slightly different or the account name was reverse of what they thought it was.

Im 100% sure about both and I can provide screenshots of me logged in the email and have old password change emails, the account name is also correct , if you want I can provide screenshots

@tjq8 has confirmed that the account name that you gave has not been banned.

So, you are having a login problem.

You need to get your account name and password correct for you to login.

If you can not remember the correct password, ask for a reset email.

There's not much else to suggest.

I remember the correct password and everytime I try reseting it says invalid credentials, either email or account name is wrong, Ive checked each and it seems correct.. but I'm not sure whats going on..

We can not help if you do not have the account name and either the password or email. It's just not possible. You will have to keep trying. There is nothing else to do.

Actually this is a screenshot of the correct email and account name and here's a screenshot of me logged on the email with an old email from Elysium for password reset.. I've been saying this over and over again and I don't know why you cant do anything..

As we have told you several times. If you can not log on with your Username and either your email address or password, we can not help you. It's simple. It's basic security.

This happened randomly I'm 100% sure about the password,email and account,

and the email is in the screenshot, I just don't why what kind of security this is, I'm providing every possible thing I can to get my account back. What else do you want me to provide for you to believe me ? I put so much time on the account for it just to go like that..

What do you want me to do you guys think I'm typing my password wrong for 1000 times, everytime it says invalid when its 100% CORRECT.

I've removed your password from this thread. Do not put your personal account information in these public threads. I have checked into your account. Your account is not banned and has never been banned. I also checked your last IP Address that you logged in from and there is no IP ban in Mangos for it.

Gamemasters do not perform account recoveries, it is up to the player to sort the situation out. At this time there is nothing more we can do to assist you in this matter.
