Account creation problem

I kept trying to create a game account for like 4 hours of different trials , always says "use completely new username and password" , what's going wrong ? ; I need help.

You may have reused an email address. Each account needs a separate address.

I got the same problem as Motazhasan.

I have recruited my brother to come play with me, and we have been trying for 3 straight days now to create an account for him. We've tried with 2 different emails, and it just keep saying that the email is already being used! :/

We need some help thanks.

I really don't know what went wrong , maybe it's some Malware was causing all of my problems , I think the way mentioned in the guide is right , My laptop was at fault , because when I tried to create an account from another laptop , it worked , wrote name and passwords , email , captcha , logged in control panel , verified the activation link , all set , worked normally as it is in the guide , but not from my laptop .
