Why is does Elysium seem to go down every hour or 45 miniutes?

I really love the server. The Elysium server chronically goes down. This is my second favorite version of wow. "The Burning Crusade" being my favorite. Please fix this issue. Or at least provide answers better clarifying why this happens. It's way to often.

12am and 12pm server time is when they go down, haven't seen any crash in the past week or more

@riplip, the server has crashed several times a day in the past week and has been down for hours, sometimes. And not at 12am or 12pm server time.
