kak 0 Report post Posted August 28, 2017 hello there, iv been away for a few months, prob even longer. i installed the game again. after i put in my username for my gameacount and password and it doesnt work. so i was thinking maybe i changed my password, but all the passwords i have in my mind dont work. decided to go to control panel on elysiums website, and click on forgot password. now here it comes when i use my username and my emailadress it says that either my username or emailadress is wrong. strange because the day i took that token from nostalrius and moved from there to elysium with all my characters im pretty sure i didnt change anything. now i wrote three tickets so far to the gm team to ask what i should do. and it seems there is still a account bound to my emailadress. but im pretty sure i never changed my username. iv been tru every mail and the only ones i find are from nostalrius begins. the only two that i have right now from elysium itself are changed by me in the last two days for my forumpassword and that worked on the same emailadress. the gm team gave me some tips but i realy cant find it. im in a loss here. i was hoping that there is a way to send something to my emailadress to verify this? the problem is here my username for my gameaccount is been alterd by me or maybe by someone else, i dont have a clue. regards 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If you have not uninstalled WoW, in the WTF folder is a folder called aAccount, the names of the accounts are there folders in there.. If you have a password, log in to the control panel . There is a link to send yourself a password reset to your registered email. If you click that, a popup will tell you the email address. Or. if you can not remember the password, on the control panel login is a link to send a reminder. You need the email on the following screen. To sum up. kak 0 Report post Posted August 28, 2017 thx for the respons;). feels bad man. lost prob 7 chars on this account, not to mention almost two years of work down the drain. i understand for security reasons, but i gave you all my information tru the 3 tickets i made in game. not only that i gave you most of the chars names and classes aswell. there is no change to send something to my emailadress so i can verify it. in this case you will know its me or not. my emailadress is beeing used by me and i asked twice in the last two days a password change on the forum with that emailadress. anyway if it doenst work, hopefully in time i will find it. was this retail i would go berserk. for now ill just shut up and be on my way. was hoping for a resolution here. regards 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
