Im banned and I don't know why

Hello, I haven't played in a few months and came back yesterday to play a bit, I didn't do much I just walked around in the Eastern Plaguelands, then I went a bit on the Naxx ptr but didn't do much and logged off. Today I try to connect and I get the message that I'm banned. I try another account I own and find out that it's been banned as well. Could you help me understand what's going on ?

Okay so I actually re tried 10 mins afterwards and it works, Im not sure what happened

I didn't but I have an account that is indeed banned, which I do not really care about but it seems that if I try to log on my main after trying this one it tells me that it's banned for a good 10 minutes, it's weird

Who banned you? You  said it was for nothing. Probaly the anti-cheat software. Just appeal and it may well be sorted.

i make appeal and the gm say he dont unban me , lol , I'm looking for a hack to see if I find and I'm going to see if it gives me the banned anti cheat, as he gives a penny and when it bugged the interface and fell under the hard, I'm sorry I can not prove that I'm going over the nose
