I can not login

Hello,

I am new player, i have downloaded the game and changed rename the .wtf file, but still i cant login...

is the server online? cos the server status says the server online.

i try to use "Account Management" in-game and it took me to Blizz website.. so i thought my client is not connecting to the server or what?

I have solved t he issue by editing what inside the file (Open the file >> delete what inside >> paste "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" >> save the file), the guide is misleading to me, maybe to the newcomers too:

Download the client:
WoW (English): Torrent WIN | Torrent MAC OS

Edit the content of the file realmlist.wtf to:
set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

Play!

The client that you use is unchanged from Blizzard's. Account management will take you to Blizzard's Website.

Make sure that the client you downloaded was 1.12.1. People have been known to download others.

If you are on Windows, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder is not in Programs, the desktop is fine.

If you are on a Mac, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder and its contents are not write protected (Getinfo)

Open the World of Warcraft folder - delete the WDB folder, it is cache and will rebuilt.

Open the file realmlist.wtf with a text editor (NotePad/TextEdit)

Make sure that the realmlist.wtf's CONTENTS are ONLY 

set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

There is a folder called WFT, open that, delete the file called Config.wtf if it is present.

Start WoW.exe (Windows) or WoW Classic (mac)

Enter your Username and password

Choose a realm

Usually good at this stage
