Hunter pet doesnt get loyalty anymore

Hello guys.

I got a problem. My former loyalty level 6 pet (best friend) suddenly got level 4.

Now it does not level anymore up.

Even if I level 5% of my hunters xp (leveled much more) and spend time with my pet more hours.

At the chat log everytime I log in or the pet is called or switching a zone  "Your pet's loyalty has increased." is shown (see screenshot).

Also the skill points are negative...

I dont not now how to handle this problem.

Even if I tame a new pet... the pet would not level loyalty.

Please help.
