GrenYI 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2017 Hey, I would like to report a problem that started to occur a month ago or so. I set 2FA earlier this year, and didn't have issues before. The PIN codes provided by my Microsoft Authenticator (Phone) won't allow me to log in game, from time to time. I thought it was not sync correctly but it DOES WORK when used to log in my account pannel. Furthermore, whenever this happens, it will always ask me for a PIN code even if I type a single letter, or a wrong password in that field. Only "solution" that worked since then, was to wait until the code would work... I assume it is when you restart your server or something... It is getting very annoying, since as I said before, it works perfectly fine to login my account on Elysium website, just not IG. Could you please help me?
