Force Reactive Disk and Cloak of Fire effects need increased by spell damage on Elysium

Hi Guys.

if you wanna follow the STRAIGHT timeline on Elysium PVP, you need add +SPD scale for this items:

I use it on retail as the only way for tanking to my prot pala. It's hard to believe, but I have proofs here:
