Trained a spell, not in spellbook, can't train it again.

As the title suggests. Dinged level 20, went to go learn the new spells available then logged off. Log back on a few days later and realize that the mage spell blink, which I specifically remember training, isn't in my spell book. Go back to the trainer to see I can't train it, nor is it in spells already learnt. Not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated.

Found the problem, cleared my cache and it's appeared.
