Magicstrike 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2017 Hi, sadly i forgot which email account used for my account and i need to chance the google authenticator to an other Phone, so i have to disable it on my account and enable it again to get it to my new phone. I have Account-Name, Passwort and the Mobilefone with my active authanticater but I have to give the Mobilefone away in 3 days, hope you can help me before that day ;) Greetings Magicstrike 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Spionida 10 Report post Posted September 8, 2017 Log on the website at the control panel. The is a link to change your password. Use that. A popup tells you which email address that the mail has been sent to. You do not need to use the mail to change your password, but at least you know which it. Then go to 2FA removal requests. However, if you still have the 2FA code QR and 6 digit number, move those to another device and you can add an authenticator there and use the codes with that. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
