Reset My Password Not Progressing

Hi,

I'm currently trying to reset my password and from my email I'm redirected to the "Reset my password" screen. When I try to enter in a new password, repeat it, and then click "Change Password", nothing happens and the page is reloaded with no information in it. I am making sure that the two passwords are the same by copy-pasting it into the fields but it is still not working. Hoping that I can get some help with this :/

Try sending the code more then once. And log out of the control panel!

I'm trying to reset my password, so I'm not logged in to the control panel.

I've now tried sending the password reset email several times and have tried on several different browsers. Whenever I click "Change Password", it just refreshes the page with no changes.

When you press the send me a password email, then go to the side bar and log out. Then click the link in the email.
