Couldn't see any discussion about it anywhere else so I thought I'd post this. If anyone has any information regarding this, please post below. But I have no idea what happened, the login screen kept telling me that password/PIN were wrong. 3 attempts and now it says call customer service. I am pretty sure I entered the correct info. Is the login server down too? Edit: Found another post in the support section that adding set realm "Elysium" (with quotes). It worked. Back in. Looks like scourge event is causing issue.
