I can't log in I get instantly disconnected but my brothers account works

i have recently been having this issue where all names in the entire game has just been (...) and some of my characters have been rolled back in game progress. But now I can't even log in on my account which is kind of a major issue for me because I really enjoy playing legacy and I absolutely despise retale. please help me get my account back D:

Delete the WDB folder while exited from WoW.

it seems I can't connect to my account and only my account using this internet im on, which is kinda unfortunate because this is the internet im gonna be having the next 9 months so its kind of a issue. I've tried everything in my power to fix this thing and it doesn't seem to be working in any kind of way. so I guess all I can say is please help me and please reply to my messages because im getting kinda emotionally frustrated.

We have no idea what your domestic setup is.

Are you using a router that you have tried to reset, on/off?

I this brother's account on the same network/router?

Have you tried using your account from another computer/network?

Have you tried reinstalling WoW?

Have you tried running WoW without addons?

Is the WoW folder not in the Programs folder. Are ash of the documents/folders in the WoW folder got read/write access.?

Answer these, and we can proceed.
