some Authenticator error while login sent me here...

Dear Support team,

I can't login with my authenticator anymore. It just tells me (even on 1. attempt) that I should get in contact with you because of that. Can you help me out here? Maybe cut the connection between the authenticator and account so I can set it up again? please pm for more information and verification.
