This is Mootree, I don't mean to sound pushy but it has been 3 days since I filed in for 2FA Removal due to my phone breaking and I have not heard from anybody at all since. I am starting to wonder if anybody can see my post and looking into it. I have given all the evidence known to man about proof of ownership of the characters/my account and still have plenty more to offer if needed. I have even forced my guys to stay logged in for 3 days straight since I completed the form, in order to provide more real time in game evidence if needed before any DCs happen and I get locked out until this problem is solved. As you may already have guessed, this experience is extremely unpleasant for me at the moment, and anxiety is at an all time high. If you could process the request as quickly as possible or at least give me some sign that it has been looked at and in progress that would be much appreciated! Since I haven't been contacted at all about my post for things such as 'provide further evidence' or 'need to confirm/check certain items' I am assuming either I have provided sufficient evidence of ownership or they just flat out rejected me (GOD PLEASE NO!!!!)
