Just got banned and don't know what I did wrong

So I just got banned while in line for the Benediction priest quest. Yes, the cleaner killed me, but I did not even move an inch from the line. So me being banned becouse the quest is broken I find somewhat BS.

 

Can I atleast get some info on how long before I can play again?
