Reseting password not working properly

Greetings everyone,

I am currently trying to reset a password on one of my account (not the one containing this character). I usually use the offline tool (in the control panel).

I have the following problem : I receive the email correctly, but the link in the email seems broken. It redirects me directly on the control panel without any effective password resets ?

Is this a common problem or did you turn off the offline password reset tool, thus forcing me to do it in game ?

Ok ! I should have done a deeper research before posting this. Apparently it is related to the fact that I was still logged on the website. :)
