[Anathema] Ingame mail issue

Hello,

Server Anathema:

I was told to write a report here by Pottu after opening an ingame ticket.

My ingame character is Marionnette.

Earlier this week, Monday 11th or Tuesday 12th Sept, a fellow guildmate named Latroll sent me 11 cured rugged hides which I never received. We blamed ourselves for the mistake.

Today, Thursday Sept 14th. After making sure my correct name was the receiver, that guildmate sent me another stack of 11 cured rugged hides to make up for the loss, under the character name Turenga.
Again I did not receive the mail.

I asked for more precise hours but my mate does not remember exactly.

There are known problems with the mail system. I note that you have a bug tracker issue.

Yes I reported this issue in the bug tracker here:

Update 17 sept 2017:  Character Mounette sent me brilliant mana oil & thorium bar. Never received the mail.


From now now, I will ask players not to send me mail in-game to avoid this issue. However, can I please get my 22 cured rugged hides back (T3 mats)? Thank you.
