Not receiving activatione mail and reset password email

Greetings everyone,

I want to change my password , but i can't receive any mail in my emailbox..i had add

[email protected] into email whitelist 

My account information:

realm:Elysium(PVP)

E-Mail with account;

Highest level charactor name : )

When i login Ctorlol pannel ,the  information of Account Maintenance is

maybe my accout is not active ? and can't receive any mail from web  Ctorlol pannel?

i can see my charator in the game but can't see  any at web  Ctorlol pannel of charator list .
