System message spamming anti-gold selling messages.. GM told me to stop making useless tickets

So I made a ticket because these messages are annoying and break the immersion of playing the game which is supposed to be blizz-like.. and this is my response I got:

Hello there,

What a fantastic GM. 

Anyway, tickets are flying in and you decide to write that you're disgruntled about system messages which stop people making mistakes which cause themselves to get banned which then in-turn cause ticket queues to rise. (1 every hour and a half is not spam and is normally two but needed to cook steak).

Please go to bed.

If you have a problem with the system messages then writing a ticket IS useless, The suggestions forum is better place.
