Any way to display HP Value/% Always?

Hey there folks.
I dont know if and how many threads of this question are already up in here. Couldnt find something with the Search function tho.

So im looking for a way to let the HP ALWAYS Display on the Target/Player Frame.
Mobhealth doesnt seem to work at all and I cant find any settings for it (Using /mobhealth or anything like that)

Im also using ModUI, so I use the Original Frames but with a Darker Skin. Also dragging them and making them bigger with MoveAnything.
Anyways, the only way I can actually see the % of the Targets is when I hover over the Frame and thats kinda annoying since im a Warrior and would like to see when the Target will be in Execute range.

Someone knows anything ?

Any Idea on how to get Timers on Debuffs of Targets? I have timers for my self but not for Debuffs I do on my Targets.

There's an addon called debufftimers that just adds numeric timers to the default debuffs.
