defcontwo 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2017 (edited) created game account no verification email received (bt account) control panel returns "oh something went wrong" "Internal server error" + launching wow.exe missing Fmod.dll file missing divxdecoder.dll anything special i need to consider here or can i go hunt the files? Heroman 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2017 I have the same problem with the Control Panel, also the Realm Status page returns an internal server error for me. Im not a very computer-tech person, but I tried to use ipconfig /flushdns, restart modem and router but to no avail. defcontwo 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2017 I tried replacing the FMOD and Divxdecoder files but that didnt work I then deleted the folder and extracted fresh and it launches now Just need account verification email to play - ill be patient. :) 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

defcontwo 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2017 (edited) yes indeed and I got the email confirmation through and actioned.. Have new hurdle .. "disconneted from server" when I try to log in .. I have doubled checked the wtf file.. Edit - still have the issue - did the following meanwhile: I deleted the WDB folder and the config file from WTF as suggested in another post. confirmed version is 1.12.1 Edit 2 Logged in -deleted game files again and refreshsed extract to a different location - whether thats the solution or coincidence.. no clue.
