Got new router now I cant access my account

Due to a recent router switch and thus a new IP adress I now can't get passed the IP authenticator and play the game. I still have the 2FA code generator on my phone, but every time I enter the PIN I just get a "Call Support" pop-up. I can't even access my elysium forum account on my main, so I had to make this one to get help. I simply do not know how to fix this problem. Please help.

Call support is a Blizzard message. There are many threads regarding authenticator problems. They usually involve time sync problems
