Zeth'Kur Characters stuck in "Internal Test Realm" on realm list.

Hi, I was an active player back in January for the release of the 2 realms Elysium and Zeth'Kur, I leveled an Orc Rogue to 27 or so and stopped playing to focus on work. I have returned to enjoy the game again and all my characters are blocked off in the "Internal Test Realm", 4 characters in total. When in the control panel it does not currently show my characters for either of my accounts. (I remade my account after a mixup with email information) As Elysium does not provide character transfer from accounts or realms to its players I doubt my characters were moved, I am only worried they were deleted or are locked off by mistake. Please if the GMs or anyone has information to help me out please contact me through the site or on this Post.

I am unsure if it helps but on my account character was known as "Criticalfail" level 27 or so Orc Rogue. No where to be found.

These are copies. Change your realm to Anathema. Criticalfail is there, assuming it is the same.
