Almost 72 Hours Since Ban Appeal Was Approved

Hello,

I made a post on the ban appeal forum about 3 days ago that was approved. The GM said my account was in the process of being unbanned and that my account should be ready to go within the next 48 hours. It's been almost 72 hours now and I'm still unable to access my account in game. I was wondering how long the unban process normally takes and if there's anyway to get a status update.
