How to get In-game Help... the Guide

I've noticed that we tell folks to submit a ticket for any in-game issues a lot, but I recently got a private message from a totally new WoW player asking how to go about doing that.

So... here you go...

 

HOW TO GET IN-GAME HELP

1. Click the ? on your menu bar while in-game. 
   
    
2. Read the stuff they won't be able to help with, then click the button to start getting help. 
   
    
3. Select your issue from the list.
   
    
4. Read the more detailed list of stuff they will and will not help with, then click the button.
   
    
5. Give a detailed write up and provide screenshot and video links if you can.
   
    
6. Be patient.
