Why the hell did my account just kick me off and then tell me that i can find information by going to a blizzard link about bans?

I was waiting on the boat to Ratchet and i got booted off my account and now it wont let me back in? It's saying i'm banned i assume by the link its having me go to? What the hell is my account banned for? I haven't done anything. My highest character is 39 for Christ sake???????

Because the client is an unchanged Blizzard client and ha no knowledge of other servers.

 

It may be an incorrect error message.

You asked two questions

Why i am I being directed to a Blizzard address - because those are built into the client.

Why does it say that I am banned- it may be a bug. Try later. If not, ban appeals.
