Is there a maximum number of mails I can send in 1 day?

I always send mails between different characters in my account.

But today after I sent several mails, I found I can't send any mails by every character.

I clicked "send" but nothing happened.

Is there a maximum number of mails I can send in 1 day?

I also thought if I was banned by GM or not. But all other behaviors in game are as normal. Only mails that I can't send.

That sounds bad. I have contacted GM in game but didn't get reply. Begging mail problems get solved soon.

The GMs can not reply because their mail bugged before the rest. Please, cancel  your ticket. They have nothing else.
