Returning player, character moved to Anathema

Hi, I'm a returning player from the first few months of the Elysium/Zeth'Kur server launch. I understand Zeth'Kur was shut down due to population issues and most characters were moved to Elysium. My character wasn't moved to Elysium because I already had a character with the same name on that server. Is it too late to request a transfer? Thank you.

Default transfer from zk was to anathema if you didn't pick a server in the 27ish day window.  It was a one time deal so it is indeed too late.
