Problem with log in Authentication. Account banned.

Hey there,

 

At first I thought my account had been banned for some reason, but as confirmed by a GM in the appeals process my account was never banned.

I had the F2A authenticator and at first it let me use it fine, but I went to log on after a few week break and it said account banned.

I removed the authenticator from the account hoping this would solve the issue however when I got to log in it still says that the account it banned. (Although it's not)

Anyone know how to fix this issue. Tried deleting the WTF folder still no luck.

having the same trouble here keeps telling me the account is banned but its not.  it finally let me in played for like 10 mins logged out and tried to log in again and it tells my the account is banned . wtf is going on.

You are playing with Blizzard's client. The error messages are 'wrong". No one is going to rewrite the client. It means you have made too many attempts. Wait and try later. Google the causes of authenticator problems. Typically they are time sync problems.

How long exactly are we supposed to wait. I've been leaving it days even weeks now. I use the correct password everytime.

Tried googling authenticatior problems there was no real solution. Also when you say Authenticator problem are you talking about the mobile authenticator or the actual Elysium log in authentication server? I have completely removed the F2A from the account hoping that would fix the issue. Kinda at a loss to what to try next.

Even tried resetting my password, but the email just links right back to the send an email page on the control panel.
