bobviilla 0 Report post Posted October 10, 2017 Hey there, At first I thought my account had been banned for some reason, but as confirmed by a GM in the appeals process my account was never banned. I had the F2A authenticator and at first it let me use it fine, but I went to log on after a few week break and it said account banned. I removed the authenticator from the account hoping this would solve the issue however when I got to log in it still says that the account it banned. (Although it's not) Anyone know how to fix this issue. Tried deleting the WTF folder still no luck. Thanks. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Spionida 10 Report post Posted October 11, 2017 You are playing with Blizzard's client. The error messages are 'wrong". No one is going to rewrite the client. bobviilla 0 Report post Posted October 12, 2017 How long exactly are we supposed to wait. I've been leaving it days even weeks now. I use the correct password everytime. Tried googling authenticatior problems there was no real solution. Also when you say Authenticator problem are you talking about the mobile authenticator or the actual Elysium log in authentication server? I have completely removed the F2A from the account hoping that would fix the issue. Kinda at a loss to what to try next.
