In game "..." bug in bags, character pane, and map.

I'll try to make this short and sweet. I log on one day and notice that my character pane, my bags, my map, and a bunch of other stuff has this "..." simbol on it. https://imgur.com/a/irGbX
You can see it here in the screen shot.  I have no idea what i did to cause this, or if it is a client side issue. I disabled all addons and deleted my WDB folder, and this still happened. Please Help!

The last time I sw this, it was only solved by reinstalling the client.

I reinstalled the game, and transferred over my WTF and Addons folder, seemed to fix it, thanks!
