Still down, confirmed with multiple lvl 10 - 19's that they are also unable to queue.

Yeah but it was enabled before the patch on this server, so i dont think it was intended to disable it. I also got a quest for wsg with lvl 10 ^^

yeah it was definitely already enabled, been playing in the 10-19 bracket for quite some time.

If this is intentional, it was a terrible retroactive decision that will negatively impact a niche community.  What is being accomplished with this change?

Regardless of how you feel about twinks (I can see why non-twinks don't like them), this post makes no sense.  If twinks were ruining play for 10-19, now there is NO play for 10-19 so twinks are worse off, and non-twinks have gained nothing (and having spoken to a lot of non-twinks at this level, they still like queueing, so some of them are losing out as well). 

 

So did I miss your point, or did you just not actually have one?  You seem to want to get rid of twinks to benefit non-twinks, but getting rid of 10-19 wsg benefits no one.
