Game files not found

When i click Launcher.exe and then click the play button it says "DivxDecoder.dll not found" and "fmod.dll not found" how can I fix this? I have already tried reinstalling several times.

You need to run "wow.exe" instead of the launcher.

You're missing those .dlls is the problem. I use https://www.dll-files.com whenever i'm missing a file like that.
