Wrong password or authentication rejected

Why is it saying this? I've reset my password and i know 100% that im using the right username... but i still cant log in, it just says Wrong password or authentication rejected

I'm having the same problem. I can log into the forums but not the game. It says wrong username/password.

Same here. Please check this, dear admins.

When trying to restore my character, it says "wrong password or authentification rejected".
When trying to change my password, it says "wrong username or password".
I even used the "restore password function", got a new one and tried it with that, but the problem remained the same.
Logging in to the game works (funfact: with the old password, not with the new one).

Was there ever a solution, I am new to Elysium and while I can log into the forums fine the game wont let me log in.

You need to create both forum and game account, as they are two seperate accounts.

So you can't register same email for both? I already created 3 accounts but can't login with none of them. Almost used an email impossible to be taken and message error said it was already in use. Thank you!
