buuzor 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2017 Hey, so I have had some trouble restoring my old character. Every time I tried the character restore feature it would give me this message: "Wrong password or authentication rejected". The game wouldn't even let me log in (tried from October 30 to November 1 to login/restore), it was as if my entire account was deleted or gone. I had to remake my account now to even log in, so now my character is completely gone and it seems like there's no way to get it back.
