Account / E-mail / Username not found

Hi there,

So for days i'm trying the following:

Logging in into my Elysium PVP server with 10 characters.

At Restore Password:
Fill in your account name: Account not found
Fill in your e-mail: mail new password is send

At Change Password:
The password that just send: Invalid username or password

At Resoration it says:
Fill in your account name and password: Wrong password or authentication rejected

At forum it says (password recorvery):
We could not find a member account with that email address. Please verify the information and resubmit the form.

At forum login is says:
The Display Name or Email Address you entered does not belong to any account. Make sure that it is typed correctly.

What does work is sending a password from the account with Restore Password.
But when you recieve that e-mail (so the mail adres is valid for Elysium), i cant change the password at Change Password
It says: Invalid username or password

I would love to have my account back as the Username is not found or the e-mail, but resending the password does work, strange.

Please Help.

All the sudden after attempt xx i could see my chars for a short moment at:  RESTORE CHARACTERS 
But when i press Restore it gave me an error after 30 sec.

After iv tried later the webiste began again with password or username was wrong

So still no joy

Exactly the same problem here:

The System seems to know your account information because a password change request is send to the e mail wich with you signed up in the past. Then it says on your e mail you have to click on the link to change your PW, leading to the side to type in the old and 2 times the new password, after accepting it sends you another link with the changed passwort. Then you try to logg in with your e mail and the new passwor and its WRONG. Completley messed up.

I hope the admins give us our accounts back, otherwise im gonna wait for the Blizzard servers and start there once and forever new.

The issue here is that you're trying to restore your characters from Lights Hope and they've made it difficult to be able to restore your characters The devs are still working on the script to try workaround this.

You need to use the same account credentials you log onto LH with. They had an account portal which was temporary and you could disable Geo-IP's and players from here reported that they were able to transfer afterwards. But since they've removed this account portal it's become alot more difficult for you to restore your characters.

The forum doesn't use your ingame account, it's seperate.

We have no clue what Lights Hope is, we just joined Elysium, created a simple account here, started playing and now its all gone, please help us wich concret advises how to fix this

I want to stay true to this project but it seems more and more i'm forced to play at LH, where i never have been.

What is this 'Geo-IP' thing? i read it in more posts. No clue what to do with it or where it is.

Could anyone here explain why the following happens: when I try to restore my password the message appears

Please fix the following input errors:

Account not found

 I've tried entering my acc name then my e-mail but still no luck. I do have an active verified e-mail on which I registered in mid-august. I have never been banned or anything so I'm clueless as to what is going on.
